Description: This off-dry wine combines honey which has been co-fermented with apple cider and cinnamon. Served chilled or warmed, this wine tastes like a hot apple pie with a distinctive cinnamon finish.

Varietal: Wildflower Honey, Apple Cider and Cinnamon Alcohol: 14.4%
Chemistry: 26 Brix, pH: 3.65, TA: .47g/l, Residual Sugar: 4%

Notes: Our experience with meads and honey wines is that although very drinkable at six months to one year of age, they tend to peak around year three, and generally improve in smoothness and body with age. So if you have the patience to cellar your meads, you will be well rewarded!
