Notes: Our experience with meads and honey wines is that although very drinkable at six months to one year of age, they tend to peak around year three, and generally improve in smoothness and body with age. So if you have the patience to cellar your meads, you will be well rewarded! This mead won a Bronze medal at the 2010 Mazer Cup International. |
