Description: This medium-sweet wine combines honey which has been co-fermented with Madagascar Vanilla. Light and aromatic, this honey wine has the distinct perfume of toasted vanilla.

Chemistry: 24.5 Brix, pH: 3.59, TA: .36g/l, Residual Sugar: 2.5%

Notes: Our experience with meads and honey wines is that although very drinkable at six months to one year of age, they tend to peak around year three, and generally improve in smoothness and body with age. So if you have the patience to cellar your meads, you will be well rewarded!
